How to reactivate a locked subscription?

To reactivate your locked account,

  1. Go to the subscription page and click on the Manage tab of the locked account you wish to reactivate.
  1. A screen summarising your subscription details, payment details, credentials and product attributed will open.
    Here, under subscription details, click on Activate.
  2. A pop up box will appear. Select Activate again.
  3. A payment may be due. Follow payment instructions that are prompted on the screen. The subscription will get re-activated once the payment is successful.
