How do I restore my mobile app account?

Download the Sphere Identity mobile app from the Google Play Store or App Store.

Open the app and click on GET STARTED after the introduction.

Terms of use: Read and check-mark the terms of use to consent to them. Once you have ticked all the terms, click on Set my PIN.

Setting up is a 3-step process.

a. Set a 4-digit numeral PIN.

b. Confirm the PIN by re-entering it.

c. Click on Restore existing profile.

Here, enter the 12 security words in the order you recorded them when you first set up your account.

Click on Restore; the account may take up to 3 minutes to restore successfully.

Note: If you have lost your security words, you will need to create a new account.
