Can I transfer data or personal information to a new device?

You can transfer all of your data and documents by restoring your account on your new device.

Transferring your data is easy:

  1. Install the Sphere Identity application on your new device.
  2. Open the application and set up a new PIN.
  3. Select the 'Restore account' button.
  4. Enter the 12 security words.
