What does Sphere Identity do to prevent customer data from being breached?

With Sphere Identity, customer data is not all stored in one place. If we did that, we’d be creating a honeypot, vulnerable to identity theft. Instead, we spread the data across a range of distributed technologies globally.Imagine a paper document cut into 50 pieces, each stored in a different part of the world. That is what our distributed software does.

We also have an encryption library used to encrypt every bit of data on our platform. The encryption library ensures that only the business(es) that a customer has authorized can access their data.Encryption and distributed technologies provide protection from large scale data breaches, making them unlikely to occur.

How did we do?
