How do I add a document?

Open the Sphere Identity app.

  1. On the home screen of the app, select 'Documents' followed by 'Add documents'.

Attention: Are you uploading your Driver's License or Passport? Please find specific instructions here.
  1. Select the type of document you wish to add.

  1. Take a photo of the document on the camera screen.
  2. Once you have captured all the pages, click on the white bubble agreeing that your document will be uploaded and saved.
  3. Click on 'Save'.

  1. Your document will be uploaded and you can now find it under the selected document type.

Tip: You can also add documents by clicking on the camera button at the bottom left corner of the home screen. Click on the '+' icon to select document.
