How do I add a document?
Open the Sphere Identity app.
- On the home screen of the app, select 'Documents' followed by 'Add documents'.
Attention: Are you uploading your Driver's License or Passport? Please find specific instructions here.
- Select the type of document you wish to add.
- Take a photo of the document on the camera screen.
- Once you have captured all the pages, click on the white bubble agreeing that your document will be uploaded and saved.
- Click on 'Save'.
- Your document will be uploaded and you can now find it under the selected document type.
Tip: You can also add documents by clicking on the camera button at the bottom left corner of the home screen. Click on the '+' icon to select document.
